The green and yellow cables to channels A and B are reversed. As a result, when the motor runs forward, the encoder counts backwards, and vice-versa. Clipping and resoldering fixed the direction issue, but seems to have compromised the encoder count also.

Would you consider changing your product so that the encoders count up correctly?

Robot runs with the adapter, but when we swapped in these wires the encoder read opposite the direction the robot moved. Since competition is today team went back to using the adapter.
