'product needs improving'

most of the hook shaped pieces on the bottom of our 4 brackets sheared off in competitions. being that the are only 90 thousandths of of an inch I'm not surprised. I wish the where at least an 1/8th in thick. Also the way that the brackets are made make them separate the bumper and the frame at least a quarter inch which mean not a single thousandth of an inch too spare which cause us to have to modify our bumpers and re inspect several times between matches.

In a rough game like Steamworks in addition to lifting a robot by bumpers can lead to extreme stress on these brackets. We encourage teams to not lift their robots by the bumpers for this reason as the stress can weaken the bracket.
