'I have always been VERY happy with the individual orders and with the staff's phone assistance when I had special instructions or questions. However, I did have some general feedback after using you guys for the past 10 years.

1) Teams tend to user or lose their FIRST CHOICE points leading to out of stock on items that teams ordered but probably didn't need. Not sure how to solve this, but just annoying.

2) You shipping charges seem to be higher than most, especially overnight. It is also difficult to determine how long cheaper options are likely to take. Could find no info on the site regarding AndyMark Advantage.

3) It would be nice if shipping of FIRST Choice could be combined with additional normally ordered items.
