6 AWG EPDM WIre

I selected the EPDM insulation wire for its flexibility as the PVC insulated wire can be difficult to shape. I appreciate the finer gauge conductors but was a bit disappointed in the heavier rubberized insulation; kind of defeats the flexibility a bit. The picture is a bit deceiving in that the insulation appears thinner. I understand the application of the battery/welding wire and it is still more flexible than the PVC equivalent wire with typically heavier conductors. I have yet to actually use it so I'm sure it was the correct choice.
