A 6 mm D Shaft and NeveRest Motors can be seamlessly integrated with our large line of 0.375 in and 0.5 in. hex products such as wheels, hubs, sprockets, and gears through the use of this simple adapter. Stack multiple adapters up on one long shaft or use it with the included end-stop screw directly on the output shaft of a 6 mm D shaft motor.

We listened to your feedback so this new and improved version now includes a set screw to lock the adapter in place along the shaft as well as stops at both ends to keep 1 in. wide items, like wheels, exactly where you want them. The set screw requires a 3/32 hex key and the end screw requires a 5/32 hex key.

Set screw does not come with a tool

There is no documentation for this adapter. The set screw does not come with a tool, nor is one recommended on AndyMark for this product.

Hex

So good to not need to use the D shaft on a NeveRest motor! It's been a relief to have a hex output on a NeveRest. We use these everywhere. Just wish the setscrews didn't loosen up.

What an upgrade!

These are much better then the older sleeve versions. I will use these on more of my builds going forward. Would love to see these in longer lengths.

Good adapter for 1' wide wheels/pulleys

Nicely machined. A 6mm diameter D-shaft will slide all the way through the bore. Threaded on one side for 1/4-20 screw.
