We finally have terminal ends that stay on.

Using the old style crimpers we were having about a %75 failure rate when doing our 'tug test'. The students just don't have enough hand strength to get a good crimp. With these, they can take a rest and go back at it and get a good, solid crimp thanks to the ratcheting feature.
