On July 1, 2026, NI will transition roboRIO repair requests from the community forums to the NI Support portal. NI will continue to honor the standard one‑year warranty for all eligible devices, and teams with older units will be able to request repair service through NI’s standard hardware support process.

  - FRC teams, affiliates, partners, and organizers can purchase a roboRIO 2.0 from AndyMark provided they will be used to support FRC teams or competitions.

- We lost our power connector, where can I get more?
  - The Sauro Connector (CTF020V8) is the same one included with the roboRIO 2.0.
  - AndyMark recommends the Phoenix Push-in Spring Connector (am-2076a) as a replacement
- Is an SD card included with the roboRIO 2.0?
  - Yes, a 4GB microSD card comes preinstalled
