Material is too light

This is a good basic design, but the bracket at 0.090 thick is flimsy. It needs to be at least 0.125 aluminum.

Bearing Support bracket

This is a must have for any FIRST team. We use these for rapid prototyping as well as competition. The only problem we see is that it is thin. Great for weight savings but kinda flimsy.

good general purpose bearing mount

Good general purpose bearing mount for flange bearings commonly used in FRC.
Also has 4-hole pattern that fits for mounting gearhead motors like the PG-71.
