'Never have problems with the product. I do take issue with the shipping charges. For small teams like ours it means a great deal for our budget. In most cases you are the only place we can buy theses items. I recently ordered 8 aluminum shaft collars which could have easily been sent in a padded envelope. Instead, they were sent in a box and we paid nearly $15 in shipping. Excessive!'
