Solid Foam Bumper Extrusion

XLPE foam is now considered the higher standard for bumper construction for teams wanting to upgrade from solid noodles. Our laminated XLPE bumper foam is cut to the perfect size for FRC bumpers.

Bumper testing experts recommend using a lower and higher density foam together. Our extrusion uses 2 in. of 2 pound/cubic foot foam and 1 in. of 3 pound/cubic foot foam. Reversible higher/lower density options give teams freedom to decide which level of protection works best for them. This foam is also very easily cut into shape if you require rounded edges.
