Late

The season ends in 2 weeks and we are finally getting our partial field. It is somewhat useless now. I will look at returning it.

Full Season Set

The set was the quality and price expected for an FTC season. Global shipping challenges caused the order to be split. My only complaint is that after we were informed that there would be a delay, it was radio silence. There was no update when the estimated ship date for the remaining pieces came and went. We did receive the full set in time for our competition.

FREIGHT FRENZY Full Game Set NO GAME PIECES

The pieces themselves are great. Easy to assemble. Our main complaint is that we received two blue sides rather than an actual full game set with one blue and one red. Honestly, it doesn't matter a ton for practice, but it does prevent us from using our full field as a competition backup.

The team was very excited with the package and got a kick out of the box telling us what was inside. Very cute about pizza and goat. The duck jokes are cute.

Freight Frenzy and Shipping - problem solved

Our order for a partial game piece set arrived after nearly a week delay. We had pre-ordered early last summer and were expecting it within a week of the Reveal as advertised, the expected arrival date being confirmed by FedEx online the day after the Reveal. We made team plans on that assumption. It did not arrive ... and the online tracking notice changed to 'delay', with no projected arrival date. After a few days of this I contacted AndyMark. They contacted FedEx. Our package arrived the next day. It had been 'stuck' in this time of shipping challenges. Thank you ... Thank you .. Thank you. Their products have always been superior, their promises kept, and now following my first interaction with their Help Desk, I can say so is their service.
